CRITICAL STEPS if you find a data issue 

1. Document the data issue with SO, PO, Shipment Number or Delivery Number. Grab screenshots of any data fields and the source system data that shows a different value. Then, you have the context to raise an issue. 
2. Start by contacting your power user or data SME. Only then, raise an issue through the SCpr intake form here.

Five Cognos Packages and two Cognos Reports that support S/4 data for NASC and GC are available for the business to use.

Orderbook with Coverage Details Package & Report

• Provides visibility to the orderbook with a focus on Coverage related details

Orderbook with Delivery Details Package & Report

• Provides visibility to the orderbook with a focus on Delivery related details

Call Off And Contract Package

• Provides visibility to the relationship between Call Off orders and which Contract they were referenced from and vice versa

Product Dimensional Package

• Provides visibility to product related attributes. Does not include transactional data.

Customer Dimensional Package

• Provides visibility to customer related attributes. Does not include transactional data.

The S/4 reporting products are all available within the SEC dropdown of our Zoom Analytics Portal. The Self-Service dropdown of the Zoom Analytics Portal is also available for AFS reporting, which includes historical data for NASC and Greater China and all data for Canada.
