Welcome to Marketplace Supply Chain! We are so glad you joined the team. There is a lot to learn as you begin your adventure with us and we want to help you succeed. There are several onboarding paths we have created for you using two tools:
- Here in the Portal, we have listed tasks for you to complete with links on where to go to do that.
- For learning, in your Portal checklists, you will find links to Workday Learning, our primary tool for learning at Nike.
At the same time, you will work through the New MSC Team Members path. There can also be team or role-specific onboarding to complete. Please check out the tiles below to see if your team has created an onboarding plan here.
- Select the new MSC Team Members tile to begin general MSC onboarding
- If you see your role or team in a tile below, begin that onboarding also. If you are not sure, check with your manager or Peer Coach
Talk to your Peer Coach and your new Manager to ensure you have visibility to all the fun, new stuff to learn as you begin your MSC journey.
